We Just Booked Terri Sjodin, What are Our Next Steps?

Once you have selected your program date, it is our goal to make the process of working with Sjodin Communications easy and enjoyable.

Step 1

Program Date

Once your selected program date has been placed as a hold on the calendar, we will send you a Speaking Engagement Agreement. Please sign and return this agreement along with your deposit to confirm your hold and reserve the event date on our booking calendar.

Step 2

Program Checklists and Materials

Visit the Program Checklists and Materials page on our website, where you’ll find the Special Meeting Planners – Secure Download Section. Here, you can access additional materials for your event, including photographs, program descriptions, introductions, and sample outlines. You can also download the Pre-Program Questionnaire directly from this page or request a copy via email. Once completed and returned to Sjodin Communications, we will contact you to coordinate a conference call with Terri to customize her talk for your group and finalize event details.

Pre-Event Call

Prior to the program we like to have one additional Pre-Event Call to answer any questions you may have and review all final details, shipping, and travel arrangements.
